Violeta started training with some mild physical complaints. She suffered from frequent migraines, back and neck pain, and often experienced pain while walking due to nerve thickening in her foot. She was also initially convinced that she would never truly enjoy training.
Violeta trains once a week at NoXcuses and completes 3-4 self-guided sessions at the gym and at home. She has received specific plans and instructions and works only with exercises that were discussed together. The focus of the training was initially on significantly increasing her metabolic rate through HIIT workouts, followed by a reduction in body fat and a boost in endurance before transitioning to muscle-focused training. Now, the goal is to improve her physique with targeted muscle building in her glutes, thighs, and back. Additionally, we are intensively working on her abdominal muscles, including both the rectus and oblique muscles.
Thanks to a significant improvement in her overall fitness and the targeted exercises, Violeta was able to greatly reduce all her initial complaints and feels a noticeable increase in her quality of life. All of this has led her to actually enjoy training now, and she “can’t imagine life without it.” She has thus discovered a new, very healthy hobby.
