Salima came to us after having tried training with other coaches but was never really satisfied with her results and couldn’t establish a long-term routine. She constantly felt bad about eating and feared that it would lead to immediate weight gain.
We started with light interval training to stimulate her metabolism. Additionally, her protein intake was increased to create more satiety and promote optimal recovery. Salima now completes 2-3 guided training sessions per week and independently follows the prescribed cardio sessions 1-2 times per week. She primarily trains in a HIIT style to burn as many calories as possible during the workouts.
Her metabolism has slowly recovered, and her weight has started to decrease after a period of stagnation. She feels significantly better than before. Her physiotherapist confirmed that her neck tension and pain have significantly reduced. Additionally, she can now perform lunges pain-free, despite previous knee issues.
