Initial Situation

Maurizio began training with little prior experience in fitness. Although he had a gym membership, he lacked clear structure and planning. He started with the goal of changing his eating habits and improving his overall fitness.

Strategy

Initially, the focus was on a combination of two strength-training sessions and one interval-training session per week. We quickly increased the frequency to 4-5 training sessions per week. By strictly following dietary recommendations and calorie tracking, Maurizio achieved rapid success. As an advanced trainee, he now completes endurance training independently, while strength sessions are used to address weak points and improve body symmetry with targeted exercises.

Success & Progress

Maurizio reduced his body fat percentage by nearly 14%, losing around 9 kg of body fat. Despite this, his weight has remained almost the same due to muscle gain. Additionally, his waist and abdominal circumference have decreased by about 5 cm (!).

Fitness has now become an integral part of his life and is indispensable to him. He completes his workouts even after long workdays, on his birthday, and during vacations.
