Ibolya has been actively involved in fitness for many years and pays close attention to her nutrition. Staying fit is a priority for her, which is why she had no physical complaints, allowing us to immediately focus on optimization.
Ibolya trains once or twice a week with guidance and an additional 1-3 times independently at home following our training plan. The focus in the guided sessions is clearly on performance and maximum output. We create an optimal balance of strength and interval training to enhance endurance and metabolic activity.
Through consistent training, Ibolya has made impressive progress. Her strength gains are clearly noticeable, and she can now complete three pull-ups. In HYROX training, she has become an outstanding athlete, demonstrating improved endurance and strength. Additionally, her speed, mental health, and stamina have all strengthened. With targeted exercises such as burpees, lunges, and wall balls, she has taken her fitness to the next level.
