Initial Situation

Dani came to us after suffering a herniated disc in his lower back. He was experiencing severe back pain and significant movement restrictions.

Strategy

Dani trains 2-3 times a week, using a combination of classic strength training and Thai boxing. In strength training, we focus intensively on his leg muscles and strengthening and stabilizing his lower back muscles. His cardiovascular training is achieved simultaneously through boxing.

Success & Progress

The targeted exercises and regular training have helped balance out his muscular imbalances and strengthened his core stability. Additionally, general pain that previously occurred in daily life has significantly decreased or completely disappeared. His body and back have recovered and are now more resilient. The muscle development is visibly improved, which is not only noticeable in terms of appearance but also in his performance.
