Michael started with fitness experience but struggled to achieve his goals and maintain consistency. He also had significant tightness in his shoulder and hip muscles.
Michael trains with us 2-3 times a week in intense 90-minute sessions. Together, we ensure his time at the gym is used as effectively as possible, allowing him to unwind from his stressful work routine. The focus is on developing upper body muscles and reducing or maintaining body fat levels. During training, we use various intensity techniques and work on individual muscles with great precision.
Michael achieved 10% body fat in time for his summer vacation, reaching a significant milestone. Additionally, his body measurements increased by an average of 4 cm (!) while his body fat percentage dropped by 5%. This highlights the substantial muscle growth he has achieved over the past months.
What’s even more impressive is that he accomplished all of this despite a very demanding work schedule. Careful planning of training days has been instrumental in his success.
